Does our information leave the premises?
Core model and document-search work runs locally on your own hardware. Any optional cloud integration is identified, quoted and approved separately before it is enabled.
Does local AI mean completely free usage?
It removes per-token provider charges for work handled locally. Hardware, electricity, storage, backups, maintenance and support still carry real costs.
Can it connect to Microsoft 365?
Approved integrations can be added after a security and permissions review, and are quoted according to scope.
