I've already got an Alexa / Google Home — do I need to start from scratch?

No. We work with whatever you have. AI Home Setup is built around extending what's already in your house, not replacing it.

Do you sell the hardware, or do I have to source it myself?

Both options work. We sell the smart speakers, plugs, bulbs and cameras in-store, or you can buy your own and we'll install whatever you bring. We're not pushing any one brand.

Is my voice data safe?

Reasonable question. We walk through what each device records and what you can do to limit it — including muting microphones, deleting history, and using local-only routines where possible.

Can older people in the house actually use this?

Yes — and they're often the biggest beneficiaries. Voice control is far easier than tapping menus on a small screen. We pay extra attention to onboarding the less tech-confident members of the household.

What if it stops working two months later?

Pop in or message us on WhatsApp. We'll usually sort it remotely. If it needs a return visit and it's within the support window, that's included.
